Extremely friendly and passionated staff. Nice menu thst fits all. I was tempted on everything and we had the ”hut” wich makes the dinner feels even more exotic. Live music some evenings and interior feels line New York 1920:ths mixed with Balinese culture. A must go when in Bali
Tucked away behind the walls is Kori Restaurant, our family of five had an enjoyable meal. Everything was cooked well and tasty, dearer than the many warungs of course, Kori is the place to go for that special occasion or just take a break from the same same that most restaurants have.
Lovely surroundings with koi swimming around.
Always goog

Give it a go
Kori is always good, been going there fifteen years
After visiting 4 years ago, we had the chance to go back. Wow it was fantastic. Everything from the food, people the outside area is fabulous. They even have choi carp swimming around you. Pricing was so inexpensive for 3 course with cocktails for less that £40. If your in the area, then it’s a must visit while in Kuta, Legian.
Back after 4 years and felt like yesterday we were there enjoying the chicken sate.
Absolutely love coming to Koris and we are here 4 times during our stay.
The staff remembers us each time and were warm and friendly each time.
The food was amazing as we remember as were the cocktails.
Can’t wait to come back
Went here for dinner and love the ambience once i step in the restaurant, really a contrast from the busy lane of Poppies Ln. Staff were friendly and helpful. Ordered the beef burger and asked the staff to exclude the bacon as i do not eat pork, the staff went extra miles and checked with the chef if there is any other pork containing product on my meal. My 8 yr old son love the chicken cutlet and the nicest he ever taste. Will sure return to this nkce place again this June.
A charming restaurant off the beaten track of Kuta with excellent international menu for the family is worth a visit at any time! They host activities throughout the week eg cooking classes. In true Balinese style you dine in an authentic Balinese-styled restaurant with surrounding pond and Koi. There’s a two-man band who don’t bust your ear drums. We ordered the Balinese cuisine – pork belly, grilled wrapped fish, beef spicy stew – which were excellent ! My son also tried the Thai green curry which was very authentic. The restaurant can host a large party. There are garden lanais which make an alternative dining option surrounded by lush greenery. All in all, very civilised with great cuisine!
Had a very good dinner at Kori. Extensive menu, great value. They bake their own bread.. Foccacia and dips delish. Malai koftas very tasty. Mains of perfectly cooked m/r carpet bagger steak and pasta dish were very good. Sticky date pudding x2 . Drinks menu comprehensive cocktails wine and spirits. Staff were very good… Pleasant with good sense of humour.
They also have an excellent guitar duo playing classic tracks including requests.
A must visit in Bali
If you are tired of the hawkers this is an oasis great food great drinks great staff – well worth the visit – had the soup and satay amazing
I have been dining at Kori for quite a few years now. A fantastic menu, varied and delicious. I love the setting, a huge surprise is hidden beyond the doors on very busy Poppies lane 11. A range of different seating options and areas, suits singles, families and large groups. Have never been disappointed. The staff is warm and welcoming even before you step inside. Desak, Wayan and all of the staff have been wonderful. I will most definitely be returning.
If you need a break from the mayhem of Kuta and want a relaxing fine dining experience try Kori. Sit beside a koi pond and listen to a live violinist playing standards. We had the grilled jon dory and cauliflower potato curry, both really delicious. Nice fresh side salad and actually the best plain white rice I ate in 3 weeks.Shared Creme brulee to finish and we were so satisfied. Highly recommend
Eight years between our last visit in 2014. It was great to be remembered and personally greeted by Atmajar on our return.
The food was impeccable as always and we started off our evening with the ‘Honeymoon Cocktail’ a tradition which we started back in 2013 when we first visited. The cocktail has big change! A huge glass replaces the old tall glass and this time it’s so potent that we almost couldn’t get up from our floor table. Until next time – thanks Atmajar and the entire Kori team for a great welcome back first night dinner in Bali.
